6/1/2010 - Congratulations to newly retired Captains Gerorge Cintas and Bob McDowell! See the Chiefs letter here.
4/13/2010 - A late notice of the last 1171 election: Casey Potts has been elected as our new E-Board Member at Large. Additionally, the purchase of the new union hall was passed by a vote of 70-4. We will move forward with buying the property, more to come when it is complete.
3/16/2010 - Events page is now added. This is just a start, but it will be a list of upcoming activities open to all members. Check back regularly to see new posts, or email me if you would like to have something added.
3/11/2010 - Congratulations to the newly promoted captains: Jeremy Ray, Drew Miller, Scott Sorensen, Bill Montana, Phil Martain, Brian Price, and Cal Monachino. They will assume their new duties on April 4.
8/18/09 - The Santa Clara Firefighters will be hosting the 2010 Firefighter Olympics. Keep checking back for more information as it is available. See the announcement here. The official site of the California Firefighter Olympics is cfaa.org.
